| 1964-1967 | Read History at Sussex University |
| 1967-1968 | PGCE at Oxford University, where I met my husband, Roger |
| 1968-1997 | Taught A.L. English, then History, in school and Adult Education. During this period we settled near Farnham, Surrey, and had 2 sons, Chris and Tom |
| 1986 | Began painting with Mary Towsey |
| 1990 | Started painting regularly in France and exhibiting my work |
| 1992 | First solo exhibition |
| 1996 | Gave up teaching to paint full-time. Started studying art with Robin Child at the Lydgate Research Centre |
| Moved to Gray's Farmhouse in West Dorset | |
| 1998 | Started running Art and Imagework courses at Gray's Farmhouse and elsewhere |
| 2002 | Started painting in Morocco. Chosen by "Country Living" as their feature artist for Dorset Art Weeks |
| 2003 | Described by the "Sunday Telegraph" as providing "one of a dozen of the best residential courses available in the U.K." |
| Completed Diploma in Imagework from the Skyros Institute . | |
| 2004 | Featured in 'Dorset Magazine': "My Dorset Home" |
